«As a result of the Chernobyl accident, I was ill for many years, now I have almost no fond memories of childhood, as well as no thyroid gland, which was completely removed. I live thanks to modern pharmacology — until the end I will take daily a drug that supports my life, allows me to exist and realize myself as an artist. I collected my empty blisters, syringe needles, used drip catheters. Why? To see clearly what the price of my life looks like.»

«Como resultado del accidente de Chernobyl, estuve enfermo durante muchos años, ahora casi no tengo buenos recuerdos de la infancia, ni tampoco la glándula tiroides, que fue extirpada por completo. Vivo gracias a la farmacología moderna, hasta el final tomar diariamente una droga que sostiene mi vida, me permite existir y realizarme como artista. Recogí mis ampollas vacías, jeringas, utilicé catéteres de goteo. ¿Por qué? Para ver claramente cuál es el precio de mi vida».
